OUR PROMISE to you is that when you see our chocolate it puts a smile on your face and you will want to dive straight in and eat them all. Sometimes its impossible to stop!
Refund Policy
Izelias Chocolate has no refund or replacement policy for all orders once they have left our possession (handed over to the shipping provider and scanned for shipment) 
While Izelias Chocolate makes every effort to prevent shipping delays and damage during transit of your order, once your order is with the shipping provider certain unexpected issues may occur. Delays are possible and can be tracked with the shipping provider (see tracking information on your order information email/page)
Weather and temperature as well as shipping provider negligence is another possible issue. While Izelias Chocolate cannot be held responsible for these issues, we want to know about them and remediate the situation and make every effort to ensure it does not occur in the future. Please contact us with details of your experience if you feel our process could be improved”

What happens with your order when you order?

Order Received

As soon as your order(s) has been placed, we are notified as soon as you orders has been placed

Prepare Order
We check:
. The products, flavours and check for any special instructions on your orders e.g. (Gluten free/Nut free
. We then start the process of making your chocolate

Pack for Success
 We then hand pick your chocolates and pack them in our lovely packaging and then they are nearly ready to be on their way to you.
(everything is packed by humans no fancy packing equipment here)

To ensure the freshness of our products, at this point we will no longer be able to change or add to your order.

Ready to Ship
We ship Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursday 
The reason we don't ship on Friday, we wouldn't want our freshly made treats to be sat in a warehouse over the weekend and Potentially been affected.

Delivery!
After your box of goodies have been on a little trip to your door its journey is over at your home. Wahooooo !!
